Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist – Planning & Scheduling to join our Water group in British Columbia. You will own the Program Master Schedule, coordinate interfaces across multiple contractors, and drive proactive planning solutions to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of large-scale water infrastructure programs.

You will lead schedule risk analysis, development of recovery strategies, and detailed progress reporting while collaborating across engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning/scheduling for large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Strong expertise in integrated project controls and scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program Master Schedule in Primavera P6 with the program team.
• Govern integrated baseline schedules aligned with controls requirements and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity and forecast accuracy.
• Provide oversight on contractor methodologies, cost loading, durations, logic, and critical path.
