Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Project Control Officer for a 24-month on-site assignment in Pickering. The role focuses on Front-End Planning, cost management and scheduling, with responsibility for coordinating project teams and developing integrated schedules using Primavera P6.

The candidate will review project scoping, WBS, and estimates, establish budgets and milestones, and ensure alignment across SAP/AS9/Ecosys/Ariba for accurate, timely reporting and control of cost, schedule and scope.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Project Controls experience with a strong cost management background.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex spreadsheets and large datasets.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software and Power BI.
• Experience with Ecosys or other project cost management tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, facilitate and drive Front-End Planning processes.
• Develop integrated, resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera).
• Establish project budgets, contingency and milestones.
• Maintain alignment between SAP/AS9/Ecosys/Ariba/EBX and project control systems.
