Qualifications

• University degree in a related scientific, business or engineering field.
• Five years of post-graduate project accounting, estimating or controls experience on underground construction or mining projects.
• Additional qualifications in quantity surveying or PMP and contract administration are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Define and establish project control baselines, execution plans, and procedures.
• Track and update project costs, budgets and schedules for financial and operational efficiency.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Monitor risk trends and site statistics to support proactive issue resolution.
• Lead, mentor and develop project controls personnel.
