• The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for supporting existing applications and developing new solutions using the .NET stack and Oracle technologies.
• The successful candidate will deliver on multiple application support and development tasks, participate in Agile scrums, and provide technical documentation as part of the project delivery framework.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze bug reports and change requests to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Code and deploy approved solutions in VB.NET , C#.NET, Crystal Reports, Visual Studio, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and related tools.
• Develop new applications or components to meet functional specifications.
• Provide or update technical documentation to support implemented changes.
• Participate in Agile team scrums.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 7 years of experience in Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT).
• 5 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst focused on the .NET stack.
• Spoken and written competence in XX.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining VB.NET or C#.NET code.
• 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.
• 5 years of experience interpreting and defining Oracle database table and field specifications for complex systems.
• 5 years of experience reading and analyzing complex database schemas.
• 3 years of experience managing large projects/codebases in Visual Studio and using version control in a multi-developer environment.
• 3 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL including advanced packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• 1 year of experience developing and maintaining SSRS Reports.
• 3 years of experience working with distributed teams including Business Analysts, DBAs, Developers, and end users.
• 3 years of experience demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with a focus on support and maintenance.
