Are you a programmatic media expert who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We're looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our North American team and help lead high-impact, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client success. You'll manage end-to-end programmatic campaign execution - from set-up and optimization to performance analysis and client communication. You'll work across display, CTV, video, audio, and DOOH to drive measurable outcomes for top-tier clients.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Optimize performance using advanced strategies to meet pacing and performance goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to delivery, trafficking, and creative assets.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights in client reports and meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client services, creative production, and product teams.
  • Proactively test new tactics and help shape broader campaign strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' hands-on experience with programmatic media (Display, CTV, Video, Native, Audio, DOOH).
  • Proficiency with leading DSPs and ad servers.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for turning technical detail into strategic insight.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
