You will lead and integrate highly complex, multidisciplinary teams spanning architecture, buildings engineering, environmental sciences, civil infrastructure, and other specialized disciplines—ensuring seamless collaboration across all phases of delivery. These projects demand not only technical coordination but a deep understanding of how diverse expertise converges to deliver cohesive, high‑performing outcomes. The work you lead will leave a lasting mark on communities across Canada, shaping critical infrastructure and built environments that will serve generations—requiring thoughtful leadership, long‑term thinking, and a commitment to delivering solutions that are sustainable, resilient, and impactful well into the future.

You’ll be overseeing a high‑performing team of Project Managers, Coordinators, Controllers, Analysts, and Schedulers who manage Stantec’s largest multidisciplinary projects.

This position can be located in any Stantec location in Canada with a Buildings presence.

  • Identify and share lessons learned, contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices
  • Mentor and support the development of project team members, providing guidance and sharing experience across major project teams
Your Capabilities and Credentials
