This senior project management role sits at the centre of that mission, leading the successful execution of major programs exceeding $30 million in consulting fees and $1 billion in construction value.
Beyond delivery, you will hold full financial accountability for project performance—overseeing budgets, forecasts, margins, and commercial risk to ensure predictable outcomes and strong business returns.
As a trusted advisor to clients and an accountable leader within Stantec, you will drive alignment between technical excellence, resource optimization, and financial performance, ensuring projects are not only delivered successfully but contribute meaningfully to the overall profitability and growth of the business.
You will lead and integrate highly complex, multidisciplinary teams spanning architecture, buildings engineering, environmental sciences, civil infrastructure, and other specialized disciplines—ensuring seamless collaboration across all phases of delivery.
These projects demand not only technical coordination but a deep understanding of how diverse expertise converges to deliver cohesive, high‑performing outcomes. You’ll be overseeing a high‑performing team of Project Managers, Coordinators, Controllers, Analysts, and Schedulers who manage Stantec’s largest multidisciplinary projects.
This position can be located in any Stantec location in Canada with a Buildings presence.

Locations in Lower Mainland - BC, GTA & Ottawa Ontario - $180,400 - $230,400
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
