About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Fraud Program team within the Identity & Trust Organization. You will develop and lead high-impact programs aimed at reducing fraud-related losses and mitigating systemic risks. This role offers high autonomy and is ideal for candidates who thrive in ambiguity, think systemically, and can bring clarity across stakeholders without requiring tight boundaries or explicit instructions.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Fraud Program Management and collaborate closely with teams across product, engineering, analytics, compliance, and operations. This hybrid role is based in Remitly's New Westminster, Canada office.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary range is $128,000 - $150,000. Employees are shareholders with equity options.
