Job summary

Supply Ontario seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the PHDU and Immunization Information System initiatives. You will provide structured program and portfolio management, governance, and executive reporting to ensure on-time delivery within approved funding and standards.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and partners to align with strategic priorities and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Provide project oversight on behalf of senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and vendor teams for the Public Health Data Utility and Immunization Information System initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day program delivery across business, data engineering, analytics, architecture, privacy, security, vendor, and operational teams.
• Maintain the PHDU roadmap and track work associated with program milestones.
• Document, manage, and maintain integrated program risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies for PHDU and IIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight for PHO Digital & Data leadership.
• Manage vendor and partner deliverables in PHDU and IIS programs.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and governance standards.
• Communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Align activities with organizational strategies and risk frameworks.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and interdependent projects.
• Track progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
