This Senior Program Manager role is strategic, focusing on executing TELUS Health Digital Transformation’s strategy. Key areas include generating insights from call and chat data, transforming client intake and counselling services, and managing AI initiatives in contact centers. The ideal candidate is experienced in Health Contact Center Intelligence and using technology to optimize operations, using AI-generated data to deliver insights and position TELUS Health as a digital-first industry leader.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify AI opportunities in Clinical and Contact Center operations.
  • Transform client intake and counselling services by understanding performance metrics and developing AI solutions.
  • Lead and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders and develop effective relationships.
  • Manage project dependencies and align teams through roadmaps.
  • Create high-quality presentations and status reports.
  • Build and lead project teams.
  • Track project performance and optimize ROI.
  • Manage financial aspects like CAPEX and OPEX impacts.
Qualifications

What you bring

  • At least 5 years managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in health contact center environments and tools.
  • Experience with AI tools for call and chat insights.
  • Program management experience with influence and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead business process improvements.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform AI tools.
  • Self-starter with a passion for high-performance environments.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive audiences.
  • Financial and business acumen to articulate business value.
  • Clear, concise communicator across verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Ability to manage high-risk, complex projects end-to-end.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Quick learner, able to balance big ideas with details.
  • Comfortable with data management and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Subject matter expertise for senior leadership updates.

Great-to-haves

  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Experience with Google Cloud data offerings.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and source control (GitHub).
  • Understanding of data privacy and security principles.

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
