Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Corporate Affairs to optimize operations across Global Communications, Government Affairs and Impact. You will partner with executives to align initiatives with company objectives and lead cross-functional programs.

This role is remote-friendly with offices in multiple cities; you will drive planning cadences, budgets, headcount and stakeholder engagement, while building a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in a similar corporate operations or government affairs leadership role, ideally with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and KPIs across communications, government affairs, and impact.
• Streamline Corporate Affairs processes including planning cadences, budget management, headcount planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coordinate with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR and finance to ensure cohesive execution and setting realistic commitments.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct data-driven insights, and adjust initiatives to improve impact.
• Lead and develop the Corporate Affairs function to foster high performance across departments.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and executives to ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
