Qualifications

• Experience in Tier 1 Capital Markets, Banking or Consulting environment.
• Delivery of regulatory or business driven projects/programs.
• Ability to analyze and critically assess large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and directing day-to-day activities for programs.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and resolve program issues and risks.
• Define program scope and business objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to program processes and standards.
• Manage appropriate staffing for programs.
• Leadership in managing multiple teams and evaluating performance.
• Contribute to budget and policy formulation.

Skills

10+ years of relevant experience

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience with AI platforms

Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent

Preferably Master's degree
