HelloFresh in the Edmonton area is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead a team of production supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will own labor planning, scheduling, and core production processes while addressing escalations with the Manager.

If you have 5+ years in supply chain, a degree in engineering or business, and a track record of improving safety, quality, and efficiency, we want you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, and production processes.
• Escalate issues and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve escalations and optimize performance.
