Saputo Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee plant operations, lead production personnel, and drive safe, cost-efficient manufacturing. You will coordinate scheduling, enforce QA/HACCP/BRC standards, and collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to maintain high performance.

A track record in dairy-related or food manufacturing is preferred. The role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement, lean practices, and effective communication within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years supervisory/management experience in packaging and food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong communication and employee relations skills.
• Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience an asset.
• Available to work at the Edmonton Production Plant Monday to Friday during core hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to production personnel and supervisors.
• Monitor equipment and personnel scheduling to meet production requirements.
• Ensure safe working conditions and health and safety of employees.
• Develop and foster cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Use production data to track costs, trends and communicate results.
