Copello is recruiting for Senior Product & Process Engineers to join a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in the outskirts of Southampton on a permanent basis, to support all manufacturing processes and new product development (NPD).

Responsibilities

1. Provide high level or technical support to the business.
2. Supporting / leading new technology projects.
3. Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects – more mentoring / coaching / influencing than management.
4. Liaising with vendors to meet requirements of the business.

Qualifications

1. Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment – Pharmaceutical / Medical Device, FMCG, high volume / automated manufacturing etc.
2. Project / Process Engineering background at a senior level.
3. Process development, process characterisation.
4. Project management experienced at a senior level.
5. Six Sigma.
6. NPI / NPD – new product development project experience.
7. Degree level Engineering qualification.

This opportunity is an on-site position 5 days a week and comes with a salary of c£60,000 DOE + great benefits and development opportunities. The position requires at least 5% travel in the UK & travel globally.
