Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
2. 12+ years of experience in business analysis and product management, with a minimum of 10 years in the telecom domain.
3. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
4. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, concise, and functional specifications.
6. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
7. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate. Willingness to travel to project locations is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 12 years of experience in Product Management and Scrum.
2. Experience in conducting in-depth business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
3. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs.
4. Experience creating and maintaining business process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation.
5. Proficiency in analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
6. Ability to develop and present compelling business cases for proposed solutions.
7. Experience in the Telecom domain is advantageous.
8. Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.

Additional Information

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be required via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be necessary based on project needs.
