Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with customer-centric mindset.
- 7–10 years in Product Ownership, BA, or related Agile roles.
- Strong user story writing, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including RCSA.
- Must have experience with Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Own the product/value stream vision for risk and control capabilities.
- Inspire the team and manage the product backlog for risk/controls.
- Lead design, story mapping, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into features.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and identify risks early.
- Support release readiness and post‑launch product performance tracking.
