Please note: This is a hybrid work position in Calgary Alberta and requires in-person collaboration at the WestJet Campus (22 Aerial Place NE) 3 days per week. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.

In this role, you’ll drive guest self-serve capabilities, boost revenue, and enhance engagement for both guests and members. Collaborating closely with the Portfolio Manager and a team of passionate product owners, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll contribute to building and executing a strategy aligned with our product OKRs.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in delivering product strategies, along with a strong grasp of mobile and web UX best practices and underlying technologies. They possess expert-level product management skills and are passionate about driving digital channel performance and product development. Experience in boosting conversion, enhancing loyalty program engagement, and advancing personalization across web and mobile platforms is highly valued. This individual thrives in an agile environment, demonstrates a high standard of excellence, builds strong relationships, embraces challenges, and is relentlessly results-driven.
