This Sr Product Manager will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction, management, execution and end-to-end business success for several key product lines within the Entrust Identity business segment. Entrust Identity helps protect the identities of workers, consumers, and citizens to prevent uncontrolled access, data breaches, and fraudulent transactions. Entrust Identity is the identity and access management (IAM) portfolio that provides the strong foundation organizations need to realize a Zero Trust framework. With over 100 million identities protected globally across 5,000 unique organizations, Entrust Identity supports an unparalleled number of use cases and deployment options.
We are looking for a creative, passionate, technical, hands-on and experienced product manager. The successful candidate will be the product lead for select customer activities, roadmap creation, product requirements definition, and interfacing with the engineering team.
The role is based out of our office in Ottawa, Canada
Responsibilities:
· Lead product management in the development of the product roadmap, product definition and product release.
· Interact globally with customers, partners and analysts to communicate functionality and product direction/future.
· Prime interface to ensure product and market requirements are implemented, as per budget and plan.
· Serve as lead product champion for Mobile Identity & Identity & Access management solutions
· Evangelist – internal field and sales engineering training, external customer and partner advocacy.
· Work with sales, marketing, demand generation and sales engineering to establish go-to-market strategy and delivery plans for successful market development and deployment of the solution in customer environments
· Prime interface for product schedules, engineering with a global engineering team
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
· Strong desire to develop new and enhance existing Cyber Security products, taking ownership, drive improvements.
· Strong product management skills including product pricing development, and business sense. Well-organized working style. Ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits the team and company needs.
· Demonstrated success in leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
· AGILE development processes experience
· Experience creating specifications for use by both technical and non-technical readers.
· Excellent written communication skills and well-honed presentation skills. Able to communicate complex issues and findings in a clear, structured manner appropriate for intended audience.
· Must have unrestricted work authorization for USA, Canada, Asia, or Europe.
· Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
· Must be able to lawfully work within Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in one or more of the following fields - Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Multifactor Authentication, Fraud
· Experience building high-performance, scalable, mission-critical applications
· Able to work autonomously and manage multiple ongoing products.
· Flexible and comfortable to perform in unstructured or ambiguous situations and adapt as business evolves.
· Ability to think strategically, holistically, and from a customer viewpoint.
