Competitive compensation ranges from $79,700 to $158,200.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support new product development efforts on the Access Solutions team, part of the Electrophysiology division. They will drive innovation in transseptal crossing products and access sheaths; as well as therapy sheaths and wires for use in FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) cases. The successful candidate will need to develop a global understanding of current and future transseptal crossing and access market dynamics as well as an understanding of the medical devices used before and after transseptal such as guiding sheaths and catheters.
The role will require gathering KOL feedback, understanding market size and competitive market landscape, business inputs, and clinical needs across various geographies. The Senior Product Manager will bring a commercial voice to product development teams and develop business cases to support new product development. This person will then work closely with downstream commercial teams to advise, collaborate and support launch readiness plans in various geographies.
The Senior Product Manager will interact with physicians during limited market release, at Advisory Boards, Innovation Center visits, animal labs, and other KOL meetings to gather key feedback on development activities for new products and turn that feedback into action plans. They will work closely with a cross-functional team and will need to be able to manage multiple development projects in parallel, independently, with minimal supervision.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
