Job summary

You will drive a secure-by-design approach, unify security requirements, align with regulatory demands, and steward risk management and security investments. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Operations, Legal and executives to strengthen Ribbon's security posture, prepare for audits and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Secure software development and cloud-native platforms experience.
• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Secure-by-Design strategy and multi-year security roadmap.
• Establish unified security requirements framework and governance.
• Own security prioritization, investment planning, and risk remediation governance.
• Lead audits, questionnaires, and strategic customer engagements on security.
