Role Mission
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven products from 0→1. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to shape the vision, define strategy, and execute on delivery. This is a high-impact role for product leaders who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and technically deep environments.

Deliverables

1. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on 0→1 AI initiatives
2. Define product strategy, requirements, and success metrics
3. Set product goals and key performance indicators that align with the company’s mission and objectives
4. Collaborate directly with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on business needs
5. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science
6. Prioritize features and manage trade-offs to maximize impact
7. Develop strategies to ensure the safety and privacy of user data
8. Ensure the product meets regulatory compliance and adheres to the highest standards of accessibility and inclusivity
9. Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to the broader product strategy at Lightci

About You

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, or related field;
2. You have real-world experience building AI/ML-powered products—from idea to launch
3. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
7. You thrive in fast-paced environments and lead with curiosity and clarity
