Who We Are Looking For

Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations to lead a high performing team to execute the vision, strategy, creation, and advocacy of the core Charles River for Private Markets offering. In this role, you will report directly to Head of Product and be responsible to execute the integration productization, user research, and overall product growth. You will work jointly with the product, engineering, and product delivery teams to build and deliver the best possible experiences and value to customers within private markets investment management through the Charles River for Private Markets platform.

In this role, you will report directly to Head of Product and be responsible to execute the integration productization, user research, and overall product growth. You will work jointly with the product, engineering, and product delivery teams to build and deliver the best possible experiences and value to customers within private markets investment management through the Charles River for Private Markets platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, passionate about evangelizing data-driven decision making and product advocacy at all levels. They should also be a strong communicator comfortable with facilitating executive level, decision justification, and roadmap. What You Will Be Responsible For

As Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations you will

  • Lead the product execution organization ensuring initiatives are executed across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Be the owner of our integration platform as a service (“iPaaS”) offering
  • Mentor and grow the product organization.
  • Ensure individual features and products are aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead client calls and workshops to collect and understand customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Prioritize, communicate, and support complex and conflicting opportunities and market needs.
  • Engage with cross-functional heads to ensure alignment and orientation to product execution across the organization.
  • Own the product roadmap communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with product teams to ensure timely and complete requirements gathering, definition, deconstruction, and design.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years combined experience in a software product leadership role
  • Enterprise SaaS experience specifically in product integrations
  • Strong domain experience in private markets investing
  • Understanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle from manager due diligence to investment monitoring and analytics & reporting
  • Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization
  • Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable
  • Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel as required for client engagements (-20%), including internationally

Salary Range

$115,000 - $190,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
