Moneris Solutions in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Authorization product family, including Payment Host and Encryption Platform.

You will own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap development through execution and go-to-market delivery—while partnering with data science and engineering teams to integrate ML and AI for secure, scalable payments for thousands of merchants across Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech.
• Deep knowledge of payment infrastructure including hosts, gateways, and encryption tech.
• Experience with external partners such as card networks or processors.
• Proven ability to lead Agile product development and cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Experience measuring product performance and business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Authorization product roadmap (Payment Host and Encryption).
• Collaborate with card brands and industry partners to identify trends and opportunities.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch while ensuring security and compliance.
• Lead agile delivery, prioritize backlog, align stakeholders.
• Define and monitor OKRs using data and customer feedback.

Your Moneris Career - The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Payment Platforms team and lead the development and evolution of Authorization products, including the Payment Host and Encryption Platform.
