Senior Product Manager, Member Experience

Your role as Senior Product Manager

Reporting to Vanessa Jones, Director of Product, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the Member Experience Product Stream. The mission of this stream is to improve the experience of Dialogue’s members. As a Senior Product Manager at Dialogue, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and leading your team to define and deliver high-impact projects that align with the company's business objectives of improving our member satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Collaborate closely with your product leaders, peers, and various teams internally (e.g., Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, Clinical Operations) to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve our member experience, as measured by our Member Experience score.
  2. Own and manage the roadmap for your dedicated Scrum team, ensuring alignment with the overall Member Experience product stream strategy.
  3. Engage regularly with members through interviews, surveys, user testing, and other methods to understand their needs and influence product strategy based on their feedback.
  4. Advocate for our members’ needs internally.
  5. Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
  6. Measure the impact of your features against user and business goals using analytics tools like Metabase.
  7. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language to facilitate communication across teams and leadership.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in product management, delivering compelling B2C experiences, with a track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies, including leading Scrum teams with Design and Engineering partners.
  • Experience in product discovery processes from ideation to delivery.
  • A strong user-centric mindset and passion for impactful member and business outcomes.
  • A data-centric approach, eager to analyze product metrics.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate flexible problem-solving.
