Job summary

Magnet Forensics seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Graykey—our flagship product bridging hardware and software. You’ll translate customer and business needs into a clear vision while partnering with Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Hardware, and Customer Success.

You will advocate for customer needs, balance feasibility and cost, and drive timely delivery across cross-functional teams in a mission-critical domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role with ownership of complex products.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to advocate for solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage executives and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a Technology Related Program, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and design to build products that make a real difference.
• Collaborate with executives, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering to shape the vision for the product.
• Meet with Law Enforcement, Public Sector and Private Sector Leaders and customers to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Support go-to-market activities including positioning, pricing, launch readiness, and sales enablement.
• Drive product integration across Magnet Forensics’ ecosystem and platform experience.
• Travel: 20%.
