Job description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide and drive strategies for our growing Games team. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of programmers, artists, and designers to realize innovative new casino game prototypes as part of our Rushlane universe. Coordinating with other product departments and stakeholders, you will help bring validated new games to market.

The nitty-gritty :

1. Planning and oversight of the product roadmap for game initiatives.
2. Collaborate to understand game concepts and support the Games team with lean and rapid prototyping, as well as testing of concepts for market validation.
3. Work with stakeholders and the Games team to link product strategy and business objectives with game initiatives.
4. Establish hypotheses and validation processes for every game and enhancement.
5. Use playtests, player feedback, and metrics to gain insights and guide the team's work.
6. Lead cross-department productization efforts for game initiatives, including marketing, sportsbook, and compliance.
7. Manage day-to-day workflow and organization for the Games team with JIRA, prioritizing and tracking tasks to meet milestones.
8. Engage with stakeholders to understand and align on project scope, objectives, approach, task ownership, and deliverables.
9. Communicate status, project milestones, and risks to key stakeholders and relay decisions back to the team effectively.
10. Plan resourcing, project timelines, and budgets in collaboration with other departments and product groups.
11. Document processes, workflows, and requirements continuously.
12. Require 5+ years of product management experience.
13. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
14. Experience working with Senior Management to understand business objectives and priorities.
15. Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Customer Support, etc.
16. Experience bringing agile experimentation initiatives to market.
17. Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to inform experiments.
18. Proven ability to create operational plans and see them through execution.
19. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
20. Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
21. Exceptional written and communication skills with high attention to detail.
22. Self-starter motivated to excel, able to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
23. Experience working at a start-up.
