Job summary

Rise Vision seeks a Senior Product Manager to work with the Technical Team to enhance and expand our product offering in a fully remote role. You will define product requirements documents (PRDs), analyze usage data, and drive feature validation post-release, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Support, CS, Sales and Marketing.

You will collect user feedback via interviews, market research, and competitor reviews to shape strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager.
• 2+ years of experience managing SaaS products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models including subscription-based revenue, retention, and product-led growth.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor Degree of higher in Engineering or Business Management.

Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside the Technical Team to further enhance and expand our product offering.

This is a fully remote position

This position will report to the CTO.

Mission of a Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager you're accountable for defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement) using Basecamp's Shape Up Process. You also analyze and review usage data to identify improvements for our product.

You're accountable for collecting user feedback through user interviews and market research, keeping on top of reviewing competitors' products and features and collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features. You will collaborate with Support, CS, Sales and Marketing by helping with the more technical requests/conversations with new customers and will collect product feedback from all customer facing teams.

You are responsible for training and promoting the new features internally and will work closely with the Technical Team to improve product strategy through maintaining a deep understanding of our customer.

You are also responsible for validating features and firmware versions post releases.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Senior Product Manager
• At least 2 years of experience managing SaaS products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and delivering customer-focused software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription-based revenue, customer lifecycle, retention, and product-led growth principles.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into well-defined product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor Degree of higher in Engineering or Business Management
• You must bring high attention to detail with the ability to also think "big picture"
• Strong oral and communication skills; and the ability to conduct presentations online
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions and measure impact
• Must be analytical and be able to demonstrate the ability to make data-informed decisions
