  • Experiment with acquisition strategies such as ASO and global growth tactics tailored to regional markets.
  • Lead efforts to localize and adapt the product for key markets like Europe and Asia, accounting for cultural and technical nuances.
  • Champion the Android user’s voice, using data, user feedback, and insights to guide product enhancements.

  • Curiosity and drive to research trends, fast-growing apps, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Experience with international growth and tailoring products for diverse markets and usage conditions.
  • Startup mentality: you prioritize outcomes, ship MVPs fast, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high-impact features under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of user acquisition strategies, including ASO, A/B testing, and funnel analytics.
  • Bonus points for experience with mobile browsers, privacy-centric products, or maintaining a personal app.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on tiered location ranges (CAD 115,000–170,000 depending on region).
