Job summary

Orchestry Software is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and scale the infrastructure behind a new deployment model for the platform. You will own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment, using .NET technologies and cloud-agnostic tooling for customer-managed environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, raise technical standards, and mentor engineers while shaping system architecture and ensuring secure, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET framework.
• Track record leading architecture and technical decisions.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience automating and troubleshooting deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework; Docker/Kubernetes for customer-managed environments is a plus.
• Bonus for self-hosted, on-premises, or enterprise deployments.
• Strong self-management in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communicational and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale systems using .NET for customer-managed environments.
• Lead end-to-end feature development from architecture to deployment.
• Address performance bottlenecks with asynchronous programming and profiling tools.
• Implement RESTful APIs and data access layers with C#, ASP.NET Core, EF.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance across development activities.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture discussions.
