Remitly's Identity and Trust team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our compliance platform. This role will focus on developing anti-money laundering (AML) controls and tooling and ensuring our platform meets global regulatory requirements with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
In this position, you will define the strategy, build the roadmap, and oversee execution of the compliance platform—covering everything from AML controls that detect and deter unwanted activity to risk tooling and reporting that empower our investigators and compliance teams. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and compliance, you will develop automated tools and workflows that enhance data accuracy, streamline investigations, and improve overall compliance efficiency.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Product and work in a hybrid setting from our Vancouver office.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
