About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Sell Side trading technology? We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a next-generation Order Management System (OMS) platform, focusing on the Canadian Sell Side equity markets.

This high-impact role involves driving the roadmap, shaping the product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative trading solutions for internal desks and external clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the OMS product roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
• Own the Backlog: Translate business needs into actionable development tasks, including wireframes and user stories.
• Drive Innovation: Reduce vendor dependencies and improve proprietary OMS capabilities.
• Be the Expert: Serve as the authority on Canadian equity market microstructure and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Sales: Support client discussions, demos, and adoption strategies as the OMS product evangelist.
• Enhance UX: Focus on usability and engagement in design decisions.
• Train & Enable: Educate internal teams and clients on new features and platform updates.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in capital markets with extensive Sell Side OMS experience.
• Expertise in Canadian equity market structure and IIROC regulations.
• Strong familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms and FIX protocol.
• Proven leadership in managing complex product lifecycles and cross-functional teams.
• Experience at a broker-dealer or investment bank is highly preferred.
• A structured, analytical mindset with a passion for solving trading challenges.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130.00 - $145.00/hr.
