Join TELUS as the Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Customer Profitability and Wallet Share. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead the segment to new heights. You’ll drive value accretion, boost average revenue per customer, and enhance profitability while ensuring our customers remain loyal through innovative base treatments.

Reporting to the Manager - Enterprise & Public Sector Base Management, you will transform complex data into compelling narratives that shape strategic direction, working with operational teams to execute supporting tactics. Success in this evolving role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, effective communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and share insights on the Enterprise customer base, adapting as the market changes.
  • Analyze individual accounts for profitability, risks, and growth opportunities, collaborating with Sales to implement recommendations.
  • Design, implement, monitor, and iterate on base management strategies & tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Support impactful customer programs through analysis, financial business casing, customer contact strategy, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Planning, Finance, Products, Sales, Legal, and Operations) to achieve positive business and customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture alongside high performing peers.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
  • MBA or CPA is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Prior telecommunications expertise.
  • B2B experience would be an asset.

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function.
