One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - AR Automation in Canada.

As a Senior Product Manager for AR Automation, you will take ownership of the product strategy and development for the automated accounts receivable solutions. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams to build new products, drive data-driven experiments, and improve existing features. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to meet the needs of customers while fostering a high-performance culture. The position requires you to drive significant changes in the way AR teams operate, using your creativity and analytical skills to optimize processes and improve cash flow management.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product development cycle, from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, technical specifications, and market strategy.
  • Conduct user research and analyze market data to identify pain points, customer needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Set the vision and strategy for the AR Automation product suite, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and cross-product collaboration.
  • Lead the development of AI and machine learning-driven features to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency in accounts receivables.
  • Collaborate with various teams (engineering, design, analytics) to define and prioritize the product roadmap and ensure timely execution.
  • Regularly gather user feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B, fintech, or payments processing.
  • Proven success in launching and managing payments products or complex systems at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Jira, SQL, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • A “builder” mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive new initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
