  • Define and execute product roadmap for Smart Home+ Aging in Place solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the senior care technology space
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify unmet needs in the aging population
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and services
Qualifications

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer technology or healthcare
  • Experience with IoT, smart home technologies, or connected devices
  • Strong understanding of user experience design and accessibility principles
  • Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Great-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Experience in healthcare technology, senior care, or aging-related products
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA) and privacy requirements

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
