Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for critical product execution and go-to-market efforts in North America. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and that launches are impactful, aligned, and measurable.

This is a demanding role for someone who thrives on complexity and change. You’ll be stepping into an environment where not everything is figured out. Frameworks are still evolving, decisions can be decentralized, and effective informal leadership is needed to create momentum. If you bring clarity, align people across regions, and move work forward despite friction, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll join a group of product peers and help shape how we collaborate across EMEA and NA. Your voice matters, especially in a setup where product leadership in NA is limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead from the front.

Locations are in London, ON and Kitchener, ON, with flexible options for remote work within Ontario. No relocation assistance is provided.

What’s in it for you?

  • An agile, growing SaaS company with internal career growth opportunities. From 150 employees in 2020 to over 450 now.
  • An international environment with regular check-ins and social events.
  • Support for personal and professional development through training, coaching, mindfulness, and feedback, focusing on your impact on yourself, teams, and the organization.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements with provided IT equipment.
  • An inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, assessing candidates solely on merit.

Who are you ideally?

  • Experience in product management within B2B SaaS or industrial software environments.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle, from backlog refinement to go-to-market coordination.
  • Ability to navigate trade-offs, clarify cross-functional priorities, and drive progress.
  • Commercial awareness with data-driven decision making.
  • Focus on outcomes and adaptability in complex, evolving setups.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and ownership-driven mindset.

Don’t meet every requirement? No worries—if you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end product execution, from backlog to release, collaborating with Engineering and Design.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Create clarity across functions, managing scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
  • Build effective asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
  • Contribute to evolving product practices and frameworks.
  • Provide informal leadership in NA, ensuring regional impact.

Our hiring process

We’ll be on break from late July to early August. During this time, updates will be communicated. We value impact over cover letters, so focus on demonstrating your fit through your application.

  • Virtual meet and greet with Henrik Leerberg, SVP of Product Management.
  • Personality assessment via Hogan prior to interview.
  • Case study preparation and presentation during interview.
  • References and background checks if needed.
  • Offer presentation and onboarding.
