This role offers the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML applications while driving measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with strong engineering, design, and data science teams to build products that delight customers and drive exceptional business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate product vision aligned with company objectives
  • Create and maintain compelling product roadmaps with clear milestones
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, personalization, and customer engagement

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with engineering teams to translate vision into technical requirements
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create exceptional user experiences
  • Work with ML teams to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into product features
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and sales

Product Execution

  • Maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog of features and improvements
  • Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement in Agile environments
  • Ensure products meet high standards for performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Present product plans and progress to executive leadership
Experience:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching successful products
  • 1+ years of experience with AI/ML products, content personalization, or workflow automation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with demanding deadlines
  • Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive product decisions
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of API design and integration principles
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and modern software architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong presentation skills for executive and team audiences
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience mentoring junior product managers and team members
