We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our product offerings. This role is responsible for guiding product evolution, defining go-to-market strategies, managing ongoing product performance, and driving incremental improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing product lines, managing partner relationships, and overseeing profitability (P&L).
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps to maximize market penetration and value.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, growth, and maintenance.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, implement continuous improvements, and manage change control processes.
- Coordinate with customer teams, partners, and third parties to identify product enhancements and innovations.
- Conduct market assessments and validate new opportunities through business case development and financial modeling.
- Translate market needs into business and technical requirements and ensure alignment with global technology teams.
- Drive execution of marketing programs, sales initiatives, and promotional campaigns to support product growth and adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery against performance expectations.
- Provide input into advertising, branding, and product marketing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 8 years of relevant product management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity preferred.
- Proven experience in new product development and lifecycle management.
- Strong background in market, business, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Occasional travel may be required.
