Back in Stock & PreOrder, empowers stores to recover lost revenue through smart inventory alerts and pre-order tools. We’re a friendly, fast-moving team on a mission to build products merchants love.

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who’s ready to own the product end-to-end. This role combines Product Management and UI/UX Design, requiring you to identify customer problems, develop solutions, and oversee their implementation and launch. From strategic planning to detailed design, you’ll lead the process.

Responsibilities

1. Creating Real Value for Customers

• Engage with users, analyze market trends, and review product data to understand customer needs
• Establish a clear product vision and strategy focused on customer value
• Prioritize features with thorough documentation
• Design intuitive, polished user experiences that address real problems

1. Managing Development Processes

• Translate strategy into actionable plans
• Collaborate with developers to build and deploy features
• Utilize tools like Jira and Notion for organization and transparency
• Maintain team alignment through regular updates
• Enhance development workflows with improved processes and documentation

1. Ensuring Product Performance

• Define and monitor key metrics such as engagement, adoption, and stability
• Oversee app stability, QA, bug fixes, and safe releases
• Continuously evaluate and improve product effectiveness
