Job summary

Leap Tools Inc. is building advanced interior décor technology with a global client base, including Fortune 500 customers. We are seeking ambitious challenge-seekers to join a fast-growing team and shape the next generation of product experiences.

You will collaborate with users, customers, and internal teams to identify needs, translate capabilities into breakthrough solutions, and own detailed product specifications from concept to delivery in a remote-first environment.

• Technical background with CS or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Distinctive work experience in building software products.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to engage executives (C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs by working with users, customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Work closely with users, our customers and internal teams to identify user needs
• Understand our technological capabilities and constraints, and combine these with an understanding of user needs to develop groundbreaking solutions
• Write concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
• Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
• Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing

Requirements

• Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience
• Distinctive work experience in building software products
• Hunger to meet users and dive deep into their problems
• Design mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
• Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives

About our hiring process

Expected cash compensation range, Ontario based: $130,000 - $170,000 + other benefits.
