You will take ownership of product segments, collaborate with customers and teams, draft precise specifications, and work with engineering to deliver fast, high-quality features.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to growth and advancement.
• Collaborate with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to understand requirements and shape product strategy.
• Draft clear product specifications and work with engineering to refine for fast, efficient development.
• Be opinionated about the product and champion customer and end-user experience.
• Build deep technical understanding to discuss design decisions with engineering.
• Coordinate all aspects of the projects through the development lifecycle.
• Collect and use data to inform decisions, including analyses and A/B testing.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to their growth and advancement
• Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to our product strategy
• Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
• Be opinionated about the product and champion our customers and end-users to deliver the best possible user experience
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
• Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
• Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing

• Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience

Expected cash compensation range, Ontario based: $65,000 - $95,000 + other benefits.
