Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager - High Speed I/O Connectors in Markham, ON. This role leads the strategy, growth and execution of a portfolio serving hyperscale data centers, AI/ML, networking, server and storage customers.

The successful candidate will translate customer and technology roadmaps into product strategy, investment priorities and profitable growth with interaction across major global customers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering or Business.
• 7–10+ years in product management, engineering, or strategic leadership.
• Track record with technically complex products or portfolios.
• Experience with high-speed connectors, data center hardware, networking.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy, roadmap and business performance for High Speed I/O platforms.
• Develop multi-year growth plans from customer roadmaps and market trends.
• Lead strategic customer engagement to identify future requirements.
• Prioritize NBO pipeline and align Engineering, Sales, Operations.
• Own revenue, forecast, pricing, margin and profitability for the portfolio.
• Build market models (TAM/SAM, share) and inform investments.
• Lead business cases for CapEx, NRE, capacity expansion, new products.
