You will own the business plan, roadmaps, and market assessments, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance across a global network. The role requires strong analytics, communication skills, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials or related field.
• 3–5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience in connectors and data center hardware preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the business plan and product strategy for assigned High Speed I/O connector product families.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
• Manage the NBO pipeline and collaborate with Sales and Engineering for design wins.
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, timing, and expectations.
• Develop market assessments including TAM/SAM, pricing, and lifecycle planning.
• Track KPIs and drive revenue, margin, and design-win metrics.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on demand planning and capacity.
• Support new-product introductions and product-extension programs.
