Job description

ADP is hiring a Senior Product Enablement Consultant, who will lead multiple initiatives in our HCM offerings. This role will be the focal point for requirements and initiatives, working with in-house product management, vendor partnerships, and third-party integrations. The candidate should have a strong sense of ownership of assigned products, contributing to ADP's leadership in the HCM industry. The Senior Product Enablement Consultant will collaborate closely with various business units to launch and grow these products.

Reporting to the Director of Product Enablement, the Senior Product Enablement Consultant is a key team member in leading ADP’s Business Transformation, with accountability for delivering Product Enablement initiatives within ADP Canada.

This role involves working with Product Development, Product Management, Client Services, Implementation, Upgrades, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to expand our product portfolio and lead market introductions for your assigned products.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and process improvements, facilitating the successful deployment of product investments to clients and associates.

This position suits proactive candidates who thrive in driving cross-departmental excellence in a rapidly growing HCM software provider. The Senior Product Enablement Consultant is responsible for the success of a portfolio of product-related projects and initiatives.

Your primary stakeholders will include Canada’s senior Sales leaders and Segment GMs (Small Business Services and Major & National Account Services). You will serve as the main contact between our Global Product & Technology teams and the business.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Organizational readiness for new product and feature launches
  2. Monitoring initiatives to ensure process adherence and goal achievement, including milestones and budget compliance
  3. Capturing and considering stakeholder feedback in Product Roadmaps
  4. Implementing SOPs to support product functions
  5. Partnering with stakeholders to inform strategy and roadmap decisions
  6. Advocating for ADP Canada’s business needs internally and externally
  7. Coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams for strategic system launches
  8. Reporting on product health, timelines, and approval processes
  9. Managing multiple complex projects based on emerging organizational needs
  10. Identifying opportunities for digital enablement and leveraging emerging technologies
  11. Ensuring organizational readiness through cross-organizational collaboration
  12. Preparing and delivering project status presentations
  13. Communicating project importance to gain support and ensure success
General Responsibilities

  • Defining engagement, transition, termination, and support models
  • Supporting pilot introductions
  • Sharing routine information with project teams
  • Communicating responsibilities and tracking progress
  • Resolving issues and defining KPIs for product health
  • Liaising with Enterprise Learning for training needs
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in go-to-market, product release, or product management; 1-3 years client-facing preferred
  • Experience in areas like TLM, Benefits Administration, Unionized HCM environments, or Construction industry HCM/TLM/Payroll is a strong asset
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Effective collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Risk assessment and mitigation abilities
Education/Experience
  • BSc in Business, Technology, or related; MBA preferred
  • Management consulting or operational experience at large tech firms (Oracle, Amazon, Cisco, RBC, Manulife, etc.)
