Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Senior Product Developer in Canada to lead complex product initiatives from concept through scale-up to commercialization, with a focus on sensory profile and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide technical leadership to product development and operations, design experiments, validate new products, and partner with external experts.

A bachelor’s in food science/engineering and 5–10 years in food/beverage is required; travel up to 1–2 times per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, food processing or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in Food & Beverage or Consumer Product Goods (coffee experience preferred).
• Experience in sensory evaluation with objective assessment and third-party panels.
• Experience in product development including equipment interaction and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Product Developers and Operations to support launches.
• Develop new products, concepts and applications; lead tastings and approvals.
• Plan and execute design of experiments; coordinate scale-up trials.
• Develop specifications and sensory profiles; validate new products and processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional project teams and manage complex initiatives.
