Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will lead RDQ activities required for new product development and portfolio maintenance, aiming to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.

How You Will Contribute

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate technical projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Communicate project status and risks effectively.
  • Coordinate pilot plant and factory trials following good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards.
  • Manage development activities such as product shelf-life testing and consumer test preparations.
  • Utilize digital simulation models to interpret consumer insights and commercial data.
  • Create and maintain consumer-led specifications and influence stakeholder decisions based on data analysis.
