Overview

The Intuit Design System (IDS) is a company-wide design system that accelerates this mission by providing guidelines, tools, and services to support designers and developers across various products including TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the AI Experience team, focusing on foundational design tokens, UI components, and patterns for mobile and web that serve Intuit's AI-native products. This role is hybrid, requiring work from our Toronto office 3 days a week.

What you'll bring

• Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in system design, visual design, interaction design, product design, or related fields
• Mastery of design tools (especially Figma) and design system technology, with understanding of design tokens, theming, and UI components
• Experience with design systems that impact millions of users
• Advocacy for design and development processes that lead to adoption of design systems
• Collaborative team spirit with strong communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and deliver customer-centric solutions within technological constraints
• Confidence in managing ambiguity and solving problems creatively
• Passion for technology and curiosity about new tools
