As a Senior Product Designer at Moneris, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization, work with product, engineering and directly with our customers. Combining research, data and design skills, you will create delightful experiences that make our customers' lives easier.

Location : You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager, Product Design

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

Contribute directly to Moneris' product strategy and help define the future of our products

Explore complex, ambiguous problems, working with your team to understand the opportunity and map out a path forward

Influence the team's approach to product development and how design is a part of it, helping shape the team's culture and practices

Help guide the continuous development of our design system, and understand when best to use the current design system

Conduct user research using tools like UserTesting; translate the data into solutions that are tangible and useful

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

You are a product designer with 5+ years of experience

You have prior design experience in POS or commerce

You are a facilitator who can promote impactful product brainstorming and lead discussions

You have strengths in information architecture, interaction design, and well-crafted visual design (we care about the details!)

You are able and willing to mentor more junior designers

You bring an understanding of design systems, how to apply them, and how to contribute to them

You have experience working with responsive web and native mobile applications

You have experience conducting user research with tools like UserTesting

You are an expert with tools like Figma, JIRA, and Confluence, and have experience working in Agile teams
