Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Fullscript Academy to shape clinical education. You will craft experiences that reduce complexity, ensure credibility, and support learning in a professional healthcare context.

You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to handoff, collaborate with clinicians and engineers, and translate user insights into actionable design directions that drive long-term behavior change across multiple surfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong product design craft across UX research, UX design, and visual design.
• Experience designing digital products end to end, from discovery to handoff.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and delivering production-ready designs.
• Experience designing for learning, behavior change, or knowledge retention outcomes.
• Experience working across connected surfaces or product ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless provider journeys across onboarding, content discovery, and course enrollment.
• Design experiences that help providers understand and retain clinical knowledge and stay motivated.
• Create connective tissue between Academy and Fullscript product ecosystem for consistent experiences.
• Lead nimble UX research and testing to validate ideas and refine solutions in a fast-moving environment.
• Translate insights and strategy into clear design direction for engineering and content teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality, documented designs and adapt to constraints.
• Shape new educational formats with clinicians and content leaders to reduce complexity while preserving clinical nuance.
• Contribute to scalable patterns that maintain clarity and credibility across Academy.
