Job summary

MaintainX in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex SaaS surfaces across web and mobile, focusing on AI-powered experiences for maintenance teams. You will advance the design system and collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure high craft and accessibility.

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong design system and handoff practices.
• Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences.
• You're a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and scales design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent and influence cross-functional peers.

• You're a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
